Ainsleigh Burelle

As a Strategic Research Consultant at PH1, I work with clients to solve their biggest challenges through a human-centered lens. Over the last 8 years, I've worn multiple hats in the Canadian innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem: from marketing, to community building, to product management, and finally, UX & design research strategy. Along the way, I've had the chance to work with some of Canada's most high impact entrepreneurs, be a part of designing and launching the country's first AI accelerator program, and grow an exclusive, global member-led community for scaling B2B SaaS founders. Through this experience, I have been able to gain a deep sense of understanding of (and empathy for) early startup founders and scale-up teams who are all facing unique challenges. In all of my work thus far, I like to believe that a common theme has been to champion technology that works better for society. I'm passionate about bringing my multidisciplinary background, a systems & foresight lens, and participatory perspective into my work. I'm also passionate about lifelong learning, which is why I recently completed my Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University. Congratulations on getting married!
