Build AI products that customers want | Design of AI podcast
Now is AI's moment to transform our personal and professional spheres. This is why PH1 Research is making a strategic shift to focus on consulting product teams to build the AI products that customers want. We're taking our years of experience working with artificial intelligence and turning business questions into product decisions, and launching a podcast: Design of AI.
Since 2012 our team has been focused on empowering product teams to envision and build the future of their businesses.
In our early days this was about taking advantage of mobile and social. They transformed how we all interact with technology and built businesses. Mobile expanded the range of use cases and social built an entire new engagement layer. Together they turned technology from a tool to a partner.
Now is AI's moment to transform our personal and professional spheres. In particular, GenAI models have the ability to change how we all work and interact with technology. We've seen this effect first-hand in various AI-related projects with our clients:
Innovating the resorts and hospitality industries by leveraging AI to simplify and personalize sales channels
Identifying Spotify's core opportunities to leverage AI to increase the comprehension and actionability of creator analytics
Identifying Microsoft's core opportunities to leverage AI to improve the experience of commuters
Innovating the weather app space by leveraging AI to make weather personal and actionable based on your lifestyle
These experiences showed our team that as more and more product teams adopt artificial intelligence, it effectively will give startups super powers. Teams will be able to deliver truly personalized experiences and take layers of friction out of workflows.
From a human-centred perspective, the adoption will be both transcendental and full of risks. Organizations need to leverage the technology in ways that most help them grow their revenue opportunities, while also being mutually beneficial to customers and their communities.
This is why PH1 Research is making a strategic shift to focus on consulting product teams to build the AI products that customers want.
We're taking our years of experience working with artificial intelligence and turning business questions into product decisions, and launching a podcast:
