Our POV

Internal testing is usually moderated by someone who helped design the thing being tested, and participants are reliably kinder to the person who built it. The version people will say to an external researcher is different, and more useful.

Usability testing is also cheap relative to what it prevents. The issue found in a session costs a design revision; the same issue found after launch costs a release, a support burden and a conversion hit.

What We Do

Test real tasks, not scripted tours. Participants pursue goals they actually have, which is the only way to see where they hesitate, backtrack or give up.

Rank by what it costs. Issues come back ordered by frequency and business impact, so the minor problem on a high-traffic step gets fixed before the severe one almost nobody reaches.

Cover accessibility deliberately. Heuristic checks against WCAG, and sessions with participants who use assistive technology, which finds what a checklist cannot.

What We'll Deliver

  • Moderated sessions with participants matched to your users

  • Issues ranked by frequency and business impact

  • Session recordings and timestamped highlight reels

  • Accessibility findings against WCAG where in scope

  • Prioritised recommendations with specific design direction

  • Readout with your product and design teams

When This is Essential

  • Conversion is dropping at a step and analytics cannot say why

  • Before a major release that changes a critical flow

  • After a redesign that did not deliver the expected improvement

  • When accessibility compliance has to be demonstrated

  • When internal opinion about the interface is divided
