Our POV
Teams measure whether a feature shipped and whether anyone clicked it. Neither answers the question the business asked, which was whether the thing it was built to change actually changed.
The gap usually comes from nobody agreeing what success looked like before the work started. Defined afterwards, the measure always ends up being whatever the data happens to show.
What We Do
Reconstruct the intent. What the release was supposed to change, for whom, and by how much — agreed explicitly, even retrospectively.
Measure behaviour, not activity. Whether the workflow changed, whether the outcome moved, and whether the people it was built for are the ones using it.
Explain the result. Behavioural research alongside the analytics, because a flat number has several possible causes and they lead to different responses.
What We'll Deliver
Explicit success definition for the release, with thresholds
Behavioural measurement of what actually changed
Segment analysis showing who adopted and who did not
Explanation of the result, not just the number
Recommendation to iterate, revert or leave it alone
A measurement pattern reusable on the next release
When This is Essential
A major release has landed and nobody can say if it worked
Adoption of a new feature is lower than expected
Leadership is asking for proof of impact from the roadmap
Before deciding whether to invest further in a feature area
When analytics and customer feedback disagree
