Our POV
Many executives know AI must be addressed but don’t yet have internal alignment on where and how to leverage AI in the best way possible. Without evidence, the conversation becomes either hype or hesitation. PH1 runs a strategic planning sprint that brings peer intelligence, a tailored opportunity map, leadership perspectives, and audience-tested concepts into one decision process—so leaders can build buy-in, choose priorities, and leave with a practical plan.
What We Do
We run a structured sprint designed to help leadership teams move from “we need an AI plan” to shared direction. We start with competitive intelligence on how peer organizations are using AI, then translate it into an opportunity map across customer-facing services and back-office operations. We conduct leadership interviews to capture priorities, concerns, and constraints, refine two high-potential ideas, test them with target audiences, and facilitate a workshop to review findings, align on an AI vision, and build a plan leadership can stand behind.
What We Deliver
Peer intelligence: how comparable organizations are using AI
Competitive briefing + opportunity map (services + operations)
Leadership interview synthesis (priorities, concerns, constraints)
Two refined ideas + target audience testing results
Workshop outputs: aligned AI vision and near-term plan
When This is Essential
Leadership agrees AI matters but lacks clarity on where to start
You need buy-in across execs, departments, or governance bodies
You want to learn from peers before committing budget
You need evidence to avoid AI theatre and wasted pilots
