Research Strategist at PH1 Research where I lead research operations for UX Research, Customer Experience, and Service Design projects. I create systems to improve how teams plan and conduct research. Having achieved an MSc in Counselling Psychology, I'm trained on a range of behavioural science research techniques and on how to best support participants on sensitive topics. This has led to extensive work finding more human-centred solutions for health, education, government, eCommerce, and telecommunication industries. Recently, clients have included: TELUS, National Football League, The Weather Network, Dapper Labs, BC Ferries, BC Ministry of Health, Vancity, Legal Aid BC, and the University of Waterloo.
